Weighing using a top-loading balance (to 0.01g)

The display should show 0.00 and “g” (grams). If any other symbol displayed, press the Mode button until “g” appears.

If value other than 0.00 displayed, tare the balance again..

1. If off, turn the balance on, wait until display stabilizes, then

2. TARE (zero) the balance by pressing the Re-zero button or Tare button.
