Procedure part I, II and III:
Use H2SO4 and
acetic acid (HC2H3O2)
1. Place the plastic well plate on the white
sheet of paper on which you have written the names of solutions to be poured.
2. Pour ONE THIRD of the
well volume of each solution and add no more than ONE DROP of the
indicator. To check the solution color- look from the top, not the
side of the plate (on white background).
3. To dispose of the solutions - pour them
out of the wells and into a single large waste beaker, RINSE
the wells with water and dry before reusing them or returning them to the
cart.
